"J.R. Cabinet Works ordered and installed new cabinets in our kitchen as part of our kitchen remodel. We are extremely happy with the results. Jerry was very easy to work with. I had questions about and adjustments to the initial proposal, and Jerry responded in a very timely manner. His workers were diligent and pleasant. Their work was of the highest caliber. They also always cleaned up at the end of the day. One of the cabinet doors came damaged, and Jerry took care of it so quickly, my husband and I started to think we hadn't seen the damage.
Once we settled on what cabinets and drawers would be installed, Jerry provided a quote and requested a down payment. When the work was finished, the balance to pay was as expected. In other words, he did not slip in any extra charges or changes to the initial quote.
